How credits are counted today
One lookup, one credit A single lookup, a batch row and a SKU classification each use one credit.
A failed lookup is not charged A lookup that ends in an error uses no credit.
A routed result counts A lookup that ends in Needs more info or Needs expert review uses a credit, like a proposed code. Running it again with added facts is a new lookup and uses another credit.
Looking up the schedule is not charged Code search, the code tree, duty estimates and checks of codes already in your catalog use no credits.
At zero credits lookups stop. A lookup is refused when the balance does not cover it. There is no overage charge.
